The 2nd Annual 2026 SK Lone Star Cup (SKLSC) will be held at the Bayou Rifles’ Houston Addicks Range on Saturday June 6th & Sunday June 7th, 2026. The SKLSC consists of a 160 shot aggregate Smallbore Silhouette Standard Rifle Match (NRA Registered), held simultaneously with a 160 shot aggregate Smallbore Benchrest Silhouette Match (two 40 shot matches per day). Registration is limited to the first 120 smallbore silhouette registrants and the first 30 benchrest silhouette registrants. Friday June 5th will be a practice day for both Smallbore Standard Rifle and Benchrest Silhouette. Please note there is no Hunter Rifle category in the SKLSC. Every junior registered will receive a free brick of SK Rifle Match (limit of 50 bricks)! The 1000 Yard Long Range match is usually held on the first Sunday of the month. Participants compete in the F-Open, F-TR, Palma, Any-Rifle or Service Rifle categories shooting in the prone position.

Monthly club practice match for smallbore silhouette on the Wednesday before the second Saturday of the month during Daylight Saving Time. Registration and warm-up begins around 4:45pm, the first match begins at 5:30pm. Two 40-shot matches.

Monthly club match for smallbore silhouette held on Addicks Range #1:
Offhand .22lr with either large or small steel animal targets.
Bench silhouette - small steel animals at 100m shot from a bench with front
rest.
Held on the second Saturday of each month. Registration and warm-up begins
around 8:00am, the first match begins at 9:30am. Two 40-shot matches
followed by lunch.
Register at the match - $20 Match Fee. First time is free.

This Match will be shot at on the 1000 Yard Range at 200, 300 and 600 Yards. These matches are held generally on the second Saturday of the month. Participants compete with a Service Rifle or Match Rifle, in the standing, sitting and prone position from the distances of 200, 300 and 600 yards. There are 4 matches, each with 20 shots for record and 2 sighters, for a total of 88 shots for record.

Juliff work party on Saturday the 13th for maintenance. There will be short closures necessary in pistol bays, 25-50 ranges, 100 range. The closures will be scheduled to avoid member inconvenience as much as possible

The 300 Yard Mid Range match is usually held on the third Sunday of the month. Participants compete in the F-Open, F-TR, Palma, Any-Rifle or Service Rifle categories shooting in the prone position.
